Shannon Blevins serves as Accounting Manager for Shadowbrook Development and is an integral part of the team, ensuring timely and accurate visibility into income, expenses, cash flow, payables, receivables, and other aspects of our accounting operations. 

 

Skilled in full-cycle accounting, payroll, budgeting, job-cost tracking, and financial reporting, with a strong background in process improvement and cross-functional support, Shannon brings significant relevant experience to the role, having managed accounting operations for PLC Construction and CPS Electrical, and previously serving as Accounting and HR Manager at Mainstream Construction Group. 

Kaleb is Vice President of Investments at Shadowbrook Development, where he provides critical insight into underwriting, valuation, and deal execution across the firm’s self-storage development platform. With a background in investment banking and financial analysis, he brings a disciplined, analytically rigorous approach to evaluating new development opportunities and ensuring each investment aligns with Shadowbrook’s commitment to institutional-quality asset creation.

Before joining Shadowbrook Development, Kaleb worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Mizuho Financial Group on the Consumer & Retail investment banking team. During his tenure, he played a key role in executing over $1 billion in financing transactions and advising on several large-cap mergers and acquisitions. His experience spans deal structuring, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of capital market dynamics and investment strategies. Kaleb’s ability to assess complex financial structures and identify value-creation opportunities has been instrumental in supporting high-stakes transactions and delivering results for clients and stakeholders.

At Shadowbrook, Kaleb leverages his investment banking expertise and strategic mindset to deliver institutional-quality assets through disciplined development and long-term value creation. His focus on rigorous underwriting and thoughtful execution ensures that investment decisions are aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.

Kaleb is based in New Jersey and is known for his analytical precision, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family. Kaleb earned a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University.

Shree Shah is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Shadowbrook Capital, a private real estate investment management firm.
He most recently served as the Chief Investment Officer of the PRC Group of Companies, a private, vertically integrated real estate company specializing in the construction, development, and property management of multi-family and single-family assets.

Shree began his real estate career with NorthStar Realty Finance, a publicly traded commercial mortgage REIT, (NYSE: NRF), ending as Vice President in their Capital Markets group, and then FTI Consulting (NYSE: FCN), as Director in their Real Estate Capital Markets group, providing investment and capital markets advisory for both domestic and international clients.

After that, he focused on investing privately in real estate and operating businesses, most notably AspirEnergy, an energy efficiency company focused on reducing operating costs for commercial real estate owners, which he successfully exited in 2018. He continues to advise early-stage companies on financial strategy.

Shree graduated from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is a certified public accountant in the State of New York. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and twin 12-year-old boys – and is still a Giants fan.

Bradley Brozek is Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Shadowbrook Development, where he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, capital raising, and executing new self-storage development opportunities across our development platform. With a foundation built on hands-on construction management and a deep understanding of project delivery, Bradley brings a results-driven and operationally focused approach to every investment.

Before joining Shadowbrook Development, Bradley progressed from superintendent to project manager, gaining experience across the full lifecycle of multifamily and commercial construction, including hospital, food retailer, and bank fit-outs. He has led large ground-up developments and managed design revisions, budgeting, procurement, and project execution. With Bradley’s oversight, project layouts have been reworked to improve performance, and he has coordinated closely with subcontractors, suppliers, design teams, and leasing teams to align decisions throughout the project. His hands-on management and direct control of materials and operations have helped reduce costs and increase revenue potential.

At Shadowbrook, Bradley’s construction experience, operational discipline, and entrepreneurial drive support the firm’s mission to deliver institutional-quality assets through disciplined development and long-term value creation.

Bradley is based in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. He is known for his persistence, integrity, and high-energy leadership style, which aligns with Shadowbrook’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and fishing, spending time with his friends and family on the Jersey Shore. 

Daisy Leach serves as an Associate Vice President – Development, bringing a strong background in construction and project management to the development team. Leveraging her experience as a licensed Florida General Contractor, Daisy bridges the gap between design, construction, and project delivery. She oversees project planning, coordination, and execution across all phases of development—ensuring each project meets its financial, schedule, and quality objectives.

With a proven track record in operations, scheduling, and organization, Daisy is known for her hands-on approach and ability to drive projects to a successful close. Her combined construction and development expertise supports the company’s mission to deliver high-quality, efficient, and strategically executed projects.

With 25 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Matt is a seasoned executive recognized for his expertise in operational
oversight, project execution, and portfolio management.

As Chief Operating Officer of Shadowbrook Development, he oversees the full life cycle of commercial and self-storage developments across multiple markets. His responsibilities span development management, capital deployment, and operational leadership, ensuring that each project aligns with investor expectations and delivers long-term value. Matt’s combined construction and development background uniquely positions him to bridge execution in the field with strategic growth at the enterprise level.

Before joining Shadowbrook, Matt served as Vice President of Preconstruction at RBmarks Construction, where he led the Preconstruction Department and drove operational improvements across purchasing, planning, and departmental efficiency. His leadership extended beyond numbers – building internal talent, refining workflows, and partnering with business development to strengthen the firm’s market presence.

Earlier in his career, Matt held senior roles with Andrew General Contractors, Advanced Millwork, and 1220 Exhibits, where he honed his expertise in project oversight, budget management, and team leadership.

Ben Leach is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shadowbrook Capital, a private real estate investment and development firm focused on acquiring, entitling, and delivering best-in-class self-storage and industrial assets across high-growth U.S. markets.

With more than a decade of hands-on experience spanning residential construction, commercial development, and large-scale capital projects, Ben has built a reputation as a disciplined investor and an innovative developer. Under his leadership, Shadowbrook has grown into a dynamic platform with a diversified portfolio concentrated in Florida and strategically expanding into other major U.S. metros.

Ben’s vision for Shadowbrook Capital is grounded in three core principles: creating lasting value for investors, partnering with municipalities and communities to deliver thoughtful projects, and ensuring exceptional customer experience at the property level. His ability to integrate rigorous financial discipline with a builder’s understanding of design and execution has been central to Shadowbrook’s growth trajectory.

Prior to founding Shadowbrook, Ben founded PLC Construction, where he still serves as advisor. He honed his expertise in construction management and development, cultivating a deep understanding of entitlement processes, capital structuring, and operational oversight. Today, he leverages this experience to guide the firm’s investment strategy, forge long-term partnerships, and scale a portfolio that consistently outperforms market benchmarks. Recognized for his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to excellence, Ben continues to position Shadowbrook as a leader in the self-storage and industrial sectors, with a pipeline designed to meet the evolving needs of tenants, investors, and communities alike. Ben lives in Orlando with his wife and baby daughter, and lives his dreams of being a professional athlete through coaching youth lacrosse.

Rob spent four decades planning, designing, developing and implementing IT business systems for large, multinational organizations as well as founding and leading innovation, portfolio management, business intelligence and enterprise architecture organizations. Rob has developed technology strategies and business processes across many different businesses, functions and geographies resulting in the delivery of sustained business and customer value. He also mentored dozens of managers and professionals during his corporate career.

In 2019, along with co-founder Ben Leach, he funded the acquisition of PLC Construction, now Shadowbrook Construction, and has participated in the management of the company since its inception.  The company’s revenues have grown roughly 50% year over year during that time.  

In 2022, Rob joined Shadowbrook Development as an investor and advisor focused on operating improvements across internal business functions.  In his current role as COO/CTO, he is tasked with establishing and executing business process to ensure Shadowbrook Development delivers on its commitments to its investors. His background in managing teams and delivering efficiencies for large organizations allows him to think and act at scale. His focus on value ensures he is grounded in today’s business needs with an eye to the future.

Rob has a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Computer Science from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.  He has also received certifications in various business-related topics including innovation (UPenn), inventory control (APICS), six sigma and executive coaching.  He is currently studying for his NJ real estate salesperson license.
