We are in the final stages of permitting for our Linden, NJ self-storage development.

We are under construction for our latest self-storage facility in Orlando, FL. Bruton will be 113,000 GSF / 86,000 NSF and expected to open August 2026
17-92 Self Storage
We are in process of obtaining permits for our self-storage project in Kissimmee, FL. Project will be a 3-story, 80,000 GSF facility in a rapidly expanding area.
Wildwood Self Storage
New self-storage project in the Villages, the largest adult retirement community in the country, with over 60,000 homes and 150,000 residents. We are in early stages of development to build a 2-story 103,000 GSF / 82,000 NSF facility.
